Shipping Costs
AUSTRALIA:
Our current Standard Post cost is $9.95 Australia wide or free shipping for orders over $60.00.
Express post cost is $15.95 Australia wide.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We don’t currently ship internationally but some of our stockists do, find out who does here!
Shipping Times & Speeds:
We understand that nobody likes waiting around for their delicious cake mixes to arrive, so we’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as is humanly possible.
AUSTRALIA:
All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia and are generally sent within 48hrs of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard Post can take between 3-10 business days. Express Post can take between 2-4 business days. These times are estimates, so some parcels may arrive sooner or later than this.
PLEASE double check your shipping address before checking out (unfortunately we’re not in a position to offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping details)
If you need your order by a specific date, please order well in advance to avoid disappointment. Australia Post and Courier delivery times are approximate and not a guarantee.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post and couriers as they are out of our control.
Parcel Tracking
The courier will have your contact information to keep you updated on delivery status.
All orders come with a tracking number that will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
As all parcel tracking is done through Australia Post or a courier, we do not have access to any more details than you do. If you require more information on your delivery, please contact Australia Post or the courier (with your tracking number) and discuss it with them.
What Happens If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive, just notify us via email at admin@180cakes.com and we will happily open a missing item enquiry with Australia Post and the courier.
If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered but you can’t find it, please check your mailbox, at other locations around your house, with your neighbours and with your local post office. If it still doesn’t turn up, please contact Australia Post or the courier.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by the courier through ‘Safe Drop’ or with ’Authority to leave’ or similar. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with the courier. If you have issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property even when left in a location deemed to be ‘Safe’ by a courier we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be home.
We are not to be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost by the courier in transit due to neglect or damage by their postal handling.
We also can not be responsible if an item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry from customer. This must be taken up with the courier, as it is unfortunately out of our hands.
