No Bake Almond Cookies Gluten & Sugar Free Recipe
These no baked almond cookies are gluten-free, sugar-free and keto-friendly. It’s an easy and healthy no baked cookies recipe. The main ingredient you need is our 180 Cakes Vanilla Almond Biscuits or Choc Chip Biscuits. When you combine all these ingredients, you get the perfect mix to create these delicious cookies. You will only need three ingredients, 180 Cakes mix, butter and almond butter. These super healthy cookies are made with whole ingredients and can be enjoyed in your gluten-free and sugar-free diet.
What do you need?
- Line a tray with baking paper
- Melt the butter and almond butter together
- Stir in the 180 Cakes biscuit mix
- Shape into 12 biscuits (approx. 30g each)
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
