Nut Free Bliss Balls Gluten & Sugar Free Recipe

We have a delicious recipe that is sugar-free, gluten-free and even nut-free, and of course, let’s not forget that is also keto-friendly. This recipe just ticks all the boxes. You will need our 180 Cakes Choc Frosting mix, chia seed, shredded coconut, butter, and seed butter or tahini. This is the perfect healthy snack you’ve been looking for, it’s healthy and yummy. The bliss balls are small energy bites perfect to sustain energy and concentration levels. And the best bit? but they are healthy sugar-free and gluten-free!
What do you need?
70g seed butter or tahini
30g butter
30g desiccated or shredded coconut
40g chia seeds
3 Tbs 180 Cakes Choc Frosting mix (or 1 Tbs cocoa powder & 2 Tbs powdered sweetener of choice)
InSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter and mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon
- Shape into 10 balls (approx. 20g each)
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
