Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

What do you need?

500g berries (Fresh or frozen)

30ml lemon juice

200g powdered sweetener
(I use xylitol)

50ml water

InSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan on low heat.
  2. Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, for approximately 20 minutes until thick.
  3. Pour jam into hot sterilised jars and seal immediately. Turn jars upside down and stand for 2 minutes to sterilise lids, then turn upright to cool completely.
  4. If using immediately or within 48 hours pour into an airtight container and let cool completely on the bench.
  5. Store in the fridge.
