Sugar Free Jam

What do you need?
500g berries (Fresh or frozen)
30ml lemon juice
200g powdered sweetener
(I use xylitol)
50ml water
InSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan on low heat.
- Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, for approximately 20 minutes until thick.
- Pour jam into hot sterilised jars and seal immediately. Turn jars upside down and stand for 2 minutes to sterilise lids, then turn upright to cool completely.
- If using immediately or within 48 hours pour into an airtight container and let cool completely on the bench.
- Store in the fridge.
