S’mores Gluten & Sugar Free Recipe

Just because you want to have a blow out on desserts, doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your diet.
What do you need?
For the biscuit base

1 packet 180 Cakes Vanilla Almond Biscuit Mix

40ml of your favourite cooking oil

1 large egg (or your favourite egg substitute)

7 sugar-free marshmallows

100g of sugar free chocolate
InSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 160°c (with fan) or 180°c (without fan). Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Place egg, oil and biscuit mix in a large bowl and use a wooden spoon to combine.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto the tray about 2cm apart to make 14 biscuits.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden and firm to touch. Let cool on tray completely.
- Melt sugar-free chocolate in a bowl.
- Sandwich some melted chocolate and a marshmallow between 2 biscuits.
- Microwave in 10-second bursts until marshmallow melts.
