PB & J Biscuits Gluten & Sugar Free Recipe

Peanut butter jam sugar free biscuits gluten free

Made using our ‘Vanilla Almond Biscuit’ packet mix.

What do you need?

oil

40ml of your favourite cooking oil

Egg Icon

1 large egg

30g sugar free peanut butter

Milk Icon

250ml cream

InSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 160°c (with fan) or 180°c (without fan). Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Place egg, oil and biscuit mix in a large bowl and use a wooden spoon to combine.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto the tray about 2cm apart to make 14 biscuits.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden and firm to touch. Let cool on the tray completely.
  5. In a bowl combine cream and peanut butter, beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  6. Sandwich some peanut buttercream and jam between 2 biscuits.
